The Meal:
Roasted beef tenderloin and salmon, with sides of parsley-buttered new potatoes, seasonal roasted vegetables, asparagus, and a wild rice blend, accompanied by a fresh tossed salad and bread rolls. Of course, no Burns Supper would be complete without a traditional spread of neeps, tatties, and haggis for all to enjoy.
